This seminar is highly participative and involves discussion in pairs and small groups. You are invited to work encouragingly and supportively together so that everyone can contribute and get the most from attending.

Format: seminar
Intended for all staff and aims to help you recognise your signs and symptoms of stress and looks at both the internal and external causes and sources of your stress.

Learning objective(s)/outcomes
By the end of this seminar you can expect to:

  • Have explored the implications of stress
  • Have increased your personal awareness of stress and coping skills
  • Be able to recognise stress in others
  • Have explored some stress management tools and techniques
