The Institute offers an integrated suite of programmes to support those in the University who have responsibility for managing staff or projects as part of their role. Some programmes are targeted at academic and research staff, some at administrative and support staff and some are open to all.
Support is available at each of five levels, depending on the scope of your role. The programmes are summarised in a Management and Leadership Development framework. This framework, and the programmes within it, reflect the University’s core academic values, as articulated in its Strategic Plan 2008-9 to 2012 -13.
