Resources for Personal development review

This page provides access to a number of resources for those wishing to implement or refresh their PDR scheme, or who want guidance on how to carry out or participate in an effective PDR.

Department Administrators, or those who are overseeing the implementation or PDR, should download the Administrator’s Guide pack, which contains not only a guide to implementation but also a number of Powerpoint files they can adapt in support of any briefings they wish to carry out. Administrators may also be interested in the guides for reviewers and reviewees.
